We strive to display our premium imported fabrics, colours, textures, and product images as accurately as possible.

  • Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
  • A variation of approximately 10–12% in colour or appearance is considered normal.
  • Minor stitching or finishing variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Promotional prices are valid only during the promotional period.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the affected order.

6. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

OXEN does not store your debit or credit card details.

7. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Cancel duplicate orders.
  • Reject fraudulent transactions.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Request additional verification before dispatch.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, OXEN reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse deliveries.

9. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only.

Delays caused by the following shall not make OXEN liable for compensation:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters

  • Labour strikes
  • Force Majeure events

10. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • The mandatory unboxing video requirement.
  • A ₹200 handling charge on eligible refunds.
  • Exchange through a Credit Note valid for 30 days, where applicable.
  • Product inspection before approval of any return or exchange.

OXEN reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with our policy.

11. Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Discount coupons:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
  • May expire without prior notice.
  • May be cancelled in case of misuse.

Gift Cards (if available):

  • Are non-refundable.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Expire as mentioned at the time of issue.

  • Product descriptions
  • Website design
  • Branding
  • Trademarks
